Drs. Beachy and Bauman are licensed clinical psychologists who believe healthcare is most effective when delivered by integrated teams committed to contextual, compassionate care. Both former collegiate athletes, they bring the same discipline and drive once honed on the basketball court to providing comprehensive, high-impact consulting services.

With years of experience as Behavioral Health Consultants in primary care settings—and as directors of integrated Primary Care Behavioral Health (PCBH) clinical and academic programs—Drs. Beachy and Bauman understand the real-world challenges healthcare systems face. They have firsthand experience addressing the growing demand for care for complex conditions across evolving clinical environments.
Equally central to their work is a commitment to developing people within healthcare organizations. Drs. Beachy and Bauman emphasize helping leaders, providers, and support staff remain connected to their values and their “why,” believing that sustainable healthcare transformation begins with engaged and supported professionals.
For Drs. Beachy and Bauman, their “why” is rooted in ensuring healthcare systems can effectively reach and serve the communities they support. They believe the best medicine is grounded in evidence-based interventions that foster compassion, engagement, and meaningful change. They also view leadership as a skill that can be intentionally developed and taught, rather than an innate trait. Drs. Beachy and Bauman deeply value their colleagues, the organizations they serve, and their families—values that are reflected throughout their training and consultative work.
